We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we will exchange it, credit your account or refund your money upon receiving your return.

Printing & Online Errors:

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information in print and online, errors do occur. We reserve the right to make corrections.

International Shipping:

We can ship Internationally, however, International Shipping involves an extra charge. We can provide a quote via phone or email upon receiving your inquiry. Delivery times to regions/countries outside of the contiguous 48 United States vary. Some regions may take 3-4 weeks to reach their destination regardless of shipping service purchased. All shipments are sent with tracking, but once the order leaves the United States, the infomation can be delayed or not updated at all, depending on the country destination.

Shipping & Rates:

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states is free with your purchase.

Shipping to AK, HI, Canada, and U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations may incur a shipping charge. We will notify you of any additional cost with an amended invoice. If you wish to inquire of the cost to these regions, please contact us ahead of placing your order for a quote.

9 Lives Tea House reserves the right to select which ever shipping service it desires. In most cases we will use the United States Postal Service but may use FedEx or UPS. FedEx cannot deliver to AK, HI, U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes.

In some instances, a Signature may be required for delivery. This will be the policy of the shipper and not within our control.

Delivery Times may vary depending on your region. All shipping originates from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. We ship Monday through Friday.

We ship as orders as they are received. Products are not pre-packaged and assembly may take a couple of days depending on volume. Your order is usually processed within 3 business days. If expedited shipping is required, please call our office (940) 765-4364 for a quote.

About Our Packaging Materials

We believe in recycling materials as much as possible. We work to purchase our shipping materials from companies that offer recycled boxes, papers, and so on. We reuse shipping boxes often and hope that you understand if your order arrives in a slightly used shipping box. Your products will be in new boxes inside the recyled box. We proudly use packaging peanuts that are biodegradable. We also recycle peanuts that are in the items we receive.
